update overdue!

What are these beautiful kids up to these days?

Zora grows more and more sweet and delightful by the day, except when she is developing her sassy mouth. She is testing her independence in gentle ways with her parents. She alternates between acting as the wise teacher for her brother and being frustrated when he refuses to follow her instructions. Zora likes her school and she seems to fit in pretty well.

Sam is changing so much these days, getting into the "big boy" stage. He is all about fire trucks, police cars, trains, rescue & construction equipment. Sam has been going to Zora's preschool with me on the days that I volunteer, and it is so fun to see him try to blend right in and do what the other kids are doing. He definitely is not ready to go yet, though, because there is no progress on the potty!

Lucy is really great! She is s flexible with us and adapts to whatever comes her way. Lucy is friendly to strangers and quite charming. When she is happy, which is often, she sticks out her tongue. Lucy is chasing us all now that she can crawl. She wants to be where the big kids are, of course.
